Traceback is a company providing services and products in the field of phone call identification. In this statement, our goal is to optimize the use and improve our service with regard to accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities. This website features the Enable accessibility plugin, which assists in making the site accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility Adaptations

Our accessibility adaptations were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adaptations for Service), 2013, at level AA, subject to changes and adaptations made in the Israeli standard document. Accessibility adaptations were tested in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge browsers.

Accessibility Features on the Site

  • Support for all standard common browsers (such as Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla).
  • Site content is written in clear language and readable fonts are used.
  • The site structure is built with headings, paragraphs, and lists.
  • Navigation on the site is simple and convenient and includes accessible and clear menus.
  • Links on the site are clear and explain where you will be directed after clicking on them.
  • Links at the beginning of the page allow skipping to content.
  • Textual descriptions for images and icons for assistive technologies.
  • Site adaptation to working environments at different resolutions (responsiveness).
  • ARIA rules have been implemented to help interpret site content more accurately and better.
  • Enable accessibility plugin providing advanced accessibility adjustments.

Enable Accessibility Menu - User Guide

The accessibility menu includes the following features:

Additional Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Esc key - Open/close the accessibility toolbar
  • Ctrl + key - Increase text size on the site
  • Ctrl - key - Decrease text size on the site
  • Ctrl 0 key - Return site to original size
  • Space key - Scroll down
  • F11 key - Full screen (press again to exit)

Display Changes on the Site

  • You can enlarge or reduce the site display by pressing one of the "CTRL" buttons together with the mouse wheel or together with the "+" sign for enlargement or together with the "-" sign for reduction. Each click will reduce or enlarge the screen by ten percent (10%).
  • Font size changes can be made using the accessibility menu on the site.
  • Users who do not have a mouse or cannot use a mouse can activate the features on the site by pressing the "TAB" key. Each press will move the cursor to the next option on the site.
  • Pressing the "Enter" key will activate the link where the cursor is located.
  • The site does not include flashing, flickering, or moving content. In places where such content exists, it can be stopped by hovering over it and clicking the mouse or moving to it with the "TAB" key and pressing the "Enter" key.

Site Adaptation for Visual and Hearing Impairments

  • Basic magnifiers (resolution).
  • Voice recognition software.
  • Voice recognition packages of operating systems.

Accessibility Limitations

The site management does everything possible to ensure that all displayed pages will be accessible. However, there may be pages that have not yet been made accessible, or for which a suitable technological solution has not yet been found. In addition, in external advertisements inserted by business owners advertising on the site, accessibility may not be complete or sufficient.
