Information Collection
The company collects the following types of information: Information provided by the user: Name, phone, email. Contacts: Uploading the user's phone book to the company's servers for the purpose of enriching the identification database (as detailed in the terms of use). Call Log: Access to call history for the purpose of identifying the hidden/last incoming call. Technical information: IP address, device type, and unique identifiers for statistics and security purposes, as well as a unique device identifier.
Right to Removal from the Database (Unlisting)
We respect the privacy of the general public, including those who are not users of the application. A user who wishes for their name and phone number to be removed from the application's information database may contact us at the details listed below, or through a dedicated form on the website/application, and the company will act to remove the identifying details within a reasonable time, except in cases where there is a public or legal interest in retaining them (such as numbers identified as spam/fraud).
Use of Information and Transfer to Third Parties
The information is used to identify callers for you and for the community. The company will not sell your personal details (name and phone of the user themselves) to third-party advertisers without consent. However, the public information (number identification) is shared with all users as an essential part of the service. The information stored in the system, as stated in this regulation, will be used by the business for control purposes, service quality, as well as for research and statistics. The data is stored anonymously.
Information Security
The company takes reasonable security measures to protect the information, but cannot guarantee absolute immunity from breaches.
Direct Mailing, Advertisements, and Notifications
Consent to Receive Advertisements and Mailing
Upon registration for the service or use of the application, the user expresses their explicit consent to receive messages and communications from the company, including "advertising material" as defined in Section 30A of the Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasts), 5742-1982.
Types of Messages and Means of Sending
The company may send you from time to time: Operational messages: Verification codes (OTP), updates on changes to the regulation, security messages, and service information (these messages are essential for operating the service). Marketing messages: Updates on upgrades, promotions, benefits, premium services, and collaborations with third parties. The messages may be sent via SMS, email (E-mail), WhatsApp messages, or through the application's notification system (Push Notifications).
Removal from the Distribution List
The user may cancel their consent to receive marketing messages at any time ("removal"), in one of the following ways: In SMS/email messages: Clicking on the "remove" link that appears in the body of the message or sending a removal word as indicated in the message. In notifications: Changing notification settings on your phone device or in the application settings. Proactive contact: Sending a removal request to the customer service/privacy email address listed in this regulation. It is clarified that removal from the marketing mailing list does not block the receipt of operational or security messages essential for proper use of the application.

Compliance with Standards
The application was built and adapted in accordance with the provisions of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and its regulations. Accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at AA level, and in accordance with the international guidelines document WCAG 2.1.
Accessibility Adjustments Made in the Application
Among other things, the following adjustments were made in the application: Adaptation for screen readers commonly used in iOS and Android operating systems. Clear and simple navigation tools for use. Use of appropriate visual contrast between text and background. Option to enlarge texts without impairing the functionality of the screens. Support for use via keyboard or external aids (e.g., Switch Access).
Limitation and Clarification
Despite our efforts to make all pages of the application and its various functions fully accessible, it is possible that specific parts or components that have not yet been fully made accessible will be discovered, or for which no suitable technological solution has been found, or in which a temporary malfunction occurred following version updates. We continue our efforts to improve the application's accessibility as part of our commitment to enable its use for the entire population, including people with disabilities.
