Call Forwarding for Partner Customers
This guide teaches you how to enable and disable Partner call forwarding services simply and quickly, including "Follow Me" for routing all incoming calls.
Forward All Incoming Calls
You can activate or deactivate full call forwarding via phone settings or direct dialing.
Via device settings: Search for "Call Forwarding" or "Call Forwarding" in the network services menu — it varies between devices like Android or iPhone.
Activation in dialer: Dial
*21*targetnumber#(e.g.,*21*0551234567#) and press the green call button.Deactivation in dialer: Dial

Forward on No Answer
The service routes calls if you don't respond after a set number of seconds.
Activation: Dial

Forward When Busy
Ideal when you're on another call and the new one needs to go elsewhere.
