Updated Guide to Call Forwarding on Pelephone

Call Forwarding for Pelephone Customers

This guide teaches you how to enable and disable Pelephone call forwarding services simply and quickly, including "Follow Me" for redirecting all incoming calls.

"Follow Me" Service – All Methods

Redirect all incoming calls to another number using these three main methods.

  • Via voice menu: Dial *300 from a Pelephone device and select the relevant option for activation or deactivation.

  • From phone settings: Search for "Call Forwarding" or "Call Forwarding" in the network services menu – the location varies by device.

  • Direct dialing in the phone app:

    • Activation: 21[target number]# and dial (e.g., 210531234567#).

    • Deactivation: #21# and dial.

Call Forwarding on No Answer

If the call rings without answer (about 20 seconds), it's automatically redirected.

  • Activation: 61[target number]# and dial.

  • Deactivation: #61# and dial.

Call Forwarding When Line is Busy

Useful when you're on a call and another comes in.

  • Activation: 67[target number]# and dial.

  • Deactivation: #67# and dial.

Call Forwarding on Unavailable (Off/No Signal)

The service works when the device is off or out of range.

  • Activation: 62[target number]# and dial.

  • Deactivation: #62# and dial.

Key Tips: Ensure the number includes the prefix (like 05X), avoid forwarding abroad to prevent high charges, and always check status in the Pelephone app or *300.
