Call Forwarding for Bezeq Customers
Dear Bezeq customers, call forwarding is a convenient service that allows you to automatically redirect calls to another number. It's important to enter all codes directly into the dialer via the "Activate Service" menu. Here are the updated and simple instructions.
Forwarding on No Answer
To activate: Dial *74, enter the phone number set for the forwarding service, and press call. Wait for confirmation.
To deactivate: Dial #74. After the confirmation tone, hang up.
Forwarding When Line is Busy
To activate: Dial *73, enter the phone number set for the forwarding service, and press call.
To deactivate: Dial #73. Wait for the confirmation tone and hang up.
Full Forwarding (All Calls)
Important note: This option is generally not recommended, as all calls will be redirected directly to the new number without reaching you.
To activate: Dial *72, enter the phone number set for the forwarding service, and press call. Wait for the activation confirmation message.
To deactivate: Dial #72 and wait for the deactivation confirmation message.
Status check: Dial #72 to hear if the service is active or not.
