Call Forwarding for Cellcom Customers

Cellcom's call forwarding service lets you easily route incoming calls to another number, whether you want all calls forwarded or only in specific cases like no answer. Here's a simple guide to set it up via the dialer or phone settings – valid for GSM and UMTS subscribers.

"Follow Me" Service – Forward All Calls

Via phone settings: Search for "Call Forwarding" or "Call Forwarding" in the network services menu. Each device varies slightly, so check the relevant settings for activation and deactivation.

Via dialer:

  • Activation: Dial **21*[target number]# (e.g., **21*053-1234567#) and press call (green button).

  • Deactivation: Dial ##21# and press call.

Call Forwarding on No Answer

  • Activation: **61*[target number]# (e.g., **61*053-1234567#).

  • Deactivation: ##61#.

Call Forwarding When Line is Busy

  • Activation: **67*[target number]#.

  • Deactivation: ##67#.

Call Forwarding When Phone is Off or Unavailable

  • Activation: **62*[target number]#.

  • Deactivation: ##62#.

Important Tips:

  • Replace [target number] with the actual number including prefix (e.g., 053-XXXXXXX).

  • For Cellcom Dual subscribers (two devices on one number), "Follow Me" forwarding is available only from the primary device.

  • Multiple forwarding types can be activated simultaneously on other plans. If issues arise, contact Cellcom support at *105.
